12 hr jam? which part of the journey the jam started? Johor? KL?
I need to prepared for my March and June holiday, which I specifically picked school holidays.
Perhaps a flight to/fro Subang airport would be a good travel mode.

Any flight Genting goers experts?
Subang vs KLIA, which can immigration move faster?

Take Firefly from Seletar Airport, can arrived at airport 45min before flight, check in very fast, reach Subang also fast departure from airport, if no check-in luggage even faster, than Grab to Genting. I took 11am flight from Seletar reach Genting around 2pm.

No worries... I think this year "Monthly Giveaway" emails are late..
I had not received anything from them after the 22Dec booking confirmation.

Subang definitely. No e-Gate and only about 2 immigration counters for non Malaysians but you are looking at clearing about 50 international passengers (Firefly sits around 70 so this figure is minus Malaysians).

Straight short walk thereafter to pick up point.

Flights from Seletar to Subang cost around S$100, and return trip around S$70.

Taxi from Subang to Genting by Taxi only around 1hour (30 mins less) and cost around RM160 each way.

Got Grab before for RM100 but my friend once kena peak hours and had to pay over RM200. So I stick to prebooked Genting Taxi.

Was surprised by taking only 4hrs from the time left home to reach GG check-in counter by public transport in SG (bus to airport).

yes, my recent long-weekend trip to Genting, I experienced my first time queing over 5mins to use rest-stop male toilet, something ladies which experience frequently any crowded places, even in non-peak days.
