My host initially helped me booked fwh superior deluxe for 31 March. Yesterday I see there's comp room available for Crockfords for the same date and requested upgrade via my host. My host helped me cancel the initial booked fwh room and rebooked a Crockfords room.
Maybe yours is early inform. Mine is last minute inform, like that time I reached, then the room given was non smoking room, I already got the room, that's why last minute he can't help me for fwh arrangement. But if other hotels, he say no problem.

I did perform merge check in via kiosk and app when the room bookings are of the same type.
That time Hotline CS help me with the booking 2 nights WCR + 1 night WCR both tower 1, he told me can merge during check in, hopefully dun need to go through counter. My worry is app cannot do it only kiosk can do, coz normally i like to check in via app and collect key in Kiosk.

Normally if you can't perform check in via app is due to no clean room availability, otherwise check in should be a breeze since WCR1 are all high floor and faces either mountain or theme park.
