Web/App Login busy since 3pm.
I just phone call their hotline twice, press ** for non-msian, wait on-hold for almost 30+20min on speaker and gave up. Phone Hotline: +60-3-2718-1118

Then I try again few min later, but now i key in my 10-digit membership number, i got connected with customer service within 1 mins. Follow-up second call using membership number also under 1min pickup call for my other Feb-Mar booking.
Perhaps system detect my higher membership from 10digit membership, priority pick up call? or coincidence?

New ruling, every call can book 4 booking, or one 7-days-block, per call.
Total I made 4 different bookings in a first call, 3 more booking in second followup call.

All my rooms RW Hotel premier, mostly 4D3N Fri-Mon, some 3D2N checkout on Sunday, all complimentary FOC, request (no guarantee) High Floor near lift.

Tips using App/Web, never select GP, Use Cash/MYR as currency, it will show 0 for comp room.

App and website super busy. Further tightening of free rooms now have to pay for Fri and Sat RW Premier Room (previously quarter only blocked out Sat).

Phone booking the best.. the customer service usually find the best deal (best room) for you.
Just tell him/her u want best comp room in either RW or GG.
Call using Simba or telco with free IDD mins.

Yep they scanned and offered best comp room for my staying period.

Comp room only appear after 3pm.

I saw comps rooms available till Genting Grand for me at 2pm for February CNY.

After 3pm I only manage to secure RW hotel for CNY period.

implement once book comp room not allow to cancel........no show deduct GP

Just reached RWG, there is not much haze, but the smell is there...
Not much crowd today, can easily find a ETG seat at Gold Club at Old Genting, usually not possible around 12noon.

For Awana Skyway, just scan Gold Card at the machine at the express queue can take the cable car already. No need buy tickets.

New booking method. Loading take longer time. Last 2 days try till give up. I can't see free comp room at Genting Grand after they upgraded the Apps. On 14 Oct still able to see them.

Yes directly scan the Gold Card. Tried it twice once at FW Plaza another at Chin Swee Station.
