Oh geez. This is bad. I stayed at Gloria Residences last June. Thank god nothing like this happened that time.

How come my TP tier is silver but I don't have complimentary and zero points rooms. But my friend's TP tier is classic and he has complimentary rooms and zero points rooms?

Free rooms depends on how much you gamble and spend.

i think it depends on computer allocation ba, although i am silver card, i didn't visit Genting for almost 2-3years and had 0 gp points, however i still get emails from RW Genting once in a while saying that i can book free standard rooms at certain months. Maybe you didn't sign up for Genting email newsletter thats why you never get to book any free rooms.

I don't remember signing up for their emails but I do receive regular emails from them but none is to give me free rooms. Maybe previously stopped going for 4yrs+ so they forgotten about me but me just went last week, hopefully the free rooms will come soon..

i remember someone in this thread said before that rw genting will stop including you in the free room promo if you don't respond to their promos for an extended period of time ba.

4yrs+ is indeed very long already. For me i'm still receiving free room promo even though 2-3years never go already. well i've just signed up for a free room in Jan 2020 to go there relax abit.

The convenience shop just beside Resort hotel check-in counter. Infront is Coffee bean cafe.

This place I can confirm dun sell liquior.

It's actually very relaxing there. Don't gamble also can walk, shop and eat. My 1st day there I actually went to watch the symphony balls every hr leh..siao one right?

Yeah. Main road not affected. All buses running as per schedule.

But the schedule for express bus to klang valley changed quite a lot. Now between 3 to 5pm there are more trips both ways esp to kl sentral.

I will post the updated schedule later if anyone interested.
