Wow, you can still get G.Grand. Don't think it is available for my booking unless I ask my host. I see that they are finally opening up Crockfords superior rooms for booking, but no free room as yet.

Opposite Din Tai Feng, there is an escalator down to the Family Mart level. On the left, there is another escalator going down to the new bus terminal. You cannot miss the 2 escalators.

need help on membership for genting

i use to have a genting card to gamble whenever i visit Genting Malaysia, i am a Silver card holder.
my last visit to genting was Jun 2019.

But today when i trying loggin to rwgenting to book rooms for my upcoming trip, i noticed i am not able to login using my 10digit genting card number. what is happening? anyone encounter the same as me?

Could it be i did not go genting for more than 2 years hence they auto delete my account?

all inputs are welcome.

Reset everything using explorer, that means use yr email or phone to log in replacing yr card ID.
Very often, using chrome won't be able to log in as the line is bolded

i tried using email and phone instead of memeberid, but still the same.
it will prompt me to register again. so no choice i register again and they gave me another memberid.
unfortunately the new member id is a red card membership instead if silver card. and all my GP becomes 0.
wtf.

Did you use internet explorer program rather than Chrome? Me face the same issue and not able to log in using Chrome and can be done so with explorer

if i use IE, rwgenting website will route me to

i still using my member id login

i just tried edge, also did not manage to login using my old memberid.

when i key in my hp and email to login, i managed to login to website but i can only see my new user memberid (Basic membership) with 0 GP which i just created last night.

My old memberid with 10k GP is not found when i login user hp.

10K is a massive lots of points - u shud write in via email to customer service ( customercare@rwgenting.com ) if u r not visiting them anytime soon.

All points normally expire 3 years from the last activity - thus, it shud still be there.

One thing i do agree is RWG system + website design sucks - not so user friendly.

Did u try using the RWG app? Use back yr 10 digit old user ID (in front starts with "00") & login.

One probable root cause cud be tat they had chg their new password setup rules/convention. I suggest tat u select "Forgot Password?".

U will be prompted to reset yr password to a new one which i believe is with new convention [min 8 digits: numerical + lower case alphabet+ upper case alphabet + symbol (only certain symbols allowed!!)]

omg if 3 years expire, then my card might be expired as my last visit to genting was 3years ago, i think is April 2019, not too sure though.

i do agreed their website design got some issue.

right now i want to book rooms using my membership id, but i am in a delimma to book using new membership id.

i do not mind paying cash/credit when i reach the payment page, but i not sure if i can checkin thru the kioks when i arrive as i do not have the new physical membership card. bcos i remember we need to insert card at the kioks to collect keys.

yes i did user the apps too with my old id with 00 infront, but still can't login.
when i click foget password with my hp, they sent the OTP to my hp and i managed to reset.
however when i login using my hp, it will only see my new membership id on their page.
my old membership id disappear.
