i dont believe they can enforce. And the guards usually are "timid" of customers one except those mata guarding entrances type.

Don’t think the guards catch but the casino staff very seow on. They will immediately step up and ask the customer to stop smoking. A few uncles tried to light up and the no smoking ban was strictly enforced. Those ladies and gentlemen in black suits. Now at least my clothes don’t reek of smoke smell when I am back at the hotel lol.

But when you go jamban to pee that’s where the smokers all converge

The official explanation given is to prevent to spread of Covid. Cos when they are smoking they are unmasked. Enforced strictly and the staff don’t look the other way type. Cos I think got video surveillance to monitor them too.

For non smokers like me, this is a good thing.

No, the jams are just as bad even as of yesterday. Waited about 1.5 hrs from 6.30pm to almost 8.00pm after clearing Msian customs to reach Sg side.

The jam at Tuas coming back to Sg is very bad, even at 2am on last Fri, because the road is occupied by cargo trucks. Waited 1hr or more before bus can filter to bus lane, even though the bus use car lane until the end. So if the bus arrive before 12mn, expect to wait at least 2hrs. I think its bcos of the more through check after major incident. Before the incident, it was smooth.

Waited 1hr or more before bus can filter to bus lane, even though the bus use car lane until the end. So if the bus arrive before 12mn, expect to wait at least 2hrs. I think its bcos of the more through check after major incident. Before the incident, it was smooth.

Just share with you, the issue of Self Check-in Kiosk despite updated Rewards Card.
I went FWH on 3-5 July and 17-19 July, both times Kiosk don't let me check-in, need to seek them to system override, as passport detail mismatched despite I had updated the card on 3 July after queued 1.5hrs. I went to Gold member counter on 17th July, but my web profile still continued had my old passport numbers. My late August booking was affected, I get them update manually in my July visit.

If booking web passport data is 12345678X, the kiosk will allow only passport 12345678X to check in, regardless ur membership card is updated to new passport 23456789Y. Card and booking system is out of sync.

The issue is the online booking system still not updated. (Term they used is "ORG account")
It took me almost a month of non-stop weekly spam of complains to get them update my online booking profile yesterday.

Bros who wish to book via web, go to your profile page check if passport number matches, else will suffer like what i had.

Phone booking to malaysia line is your alternative if web data is incorrect.
I believe app system check-in button will resolve the out-of-sync issue, but I had not tried it.

Their system ahhh... dunno what to say. They told me my ID is my NRIC number. No wonder I can never check in via kiosk.

You need to update profile AND all the booking made before the update.
You failed to check your booking order, it should have shown it is having ur old password details as your old booking was tied to the old passport before it was updated. After profile updated, the new booking thereafter is linked to new passport.

Beside i update my profile, I had already updated my booking made in July with new passport.

Took starmart from TBS at 9.30pm reached Tuas at 2am.
Previously took kkkl from GH at 3pm, manage to clear Tuas custom at 1am, reach Kovan 1.30am

If think different bus company arrive at diff time.
Kkkl always spent time on shopping, so will be later time.

I took ClubZ of TranStar on 3 July 22 05:30am Tampines MRT Exit B.
Since it had meals and drink onboard, it skipped YongPeng rest stop, I reach bus terminal at FWH around 11:30am.

I took WTS on 17 July, this time very drama, one couple bring mum around, but the elderly supposedly driven to the pickup point at 530am, but was late, the bus driver ask the driver for the elder to drop her at the last bus stop of before zoo.. along KJE/BKE, when the bus arrived to pick her up.. she was found to be on a wheel chair, then she aboarded and bus drove off, the couple realised that the elderly luggage was not unloaded from car, but decide forgo her luggage.. The bus driver remarked scastically the couple having a charsiew son for leaving his granny at the bus stop while he was in the car in front of the bus-stop.

And when in yongpeng, the elderly only decided to go toilet last minute.. spent about 15mins waiting for this family.. reach GH around late 12, probably the driver speed up to make up for lost time.

To me, unlucky start is not good sign for me.. I did not hoot big in my last visit.
