Thanks for the info, but not too keen on the way overpriced rates on the balance rooms. I am just the occassional player, tikam tikam small small type. I only Silver tier member. Still got about 19 points left to Gold. Do you think they close one eye and promote me to Gold or die die must really hit 300 Tier points. Also these tier points will reset back to 0 come 2023 rite?

Did you log in your account before checking the pricing of the room?

For gold card promotion, really must attain the min 300 TP.

The TP reset is an annual affair all along.

gold tier somtime deal is not as good as red card

so dun need bother much abt tier

Maybe cause you silver tier the rooms either expensive or not available to you. If you reach gold tier should have Highlands Hotel available to you. Just checked Highlands Hotel, next week most days available.

Membership counter no more long queue, no more on-the-spot registration. You will be given a appointment slip to return for renewal/application usually in 6hrs time.
The queue is now less than 20 person at any time of the day.

Guys, I have free compliment room in Jan. I can book thru app but the thing is my passport has been changed and the current passport number is different from the one in the app (old passport number), can I still go ahead and book??? I worried wait book already cannot check in.

Finally I got allocation for Highland Hotel Premier/Deluxe rooms for 3D2N for 0 GP.
Previously only 0GP for only FWH Std/Dlx/Y5 rooms.

Now I got 2 more Genting trips before CNY.

The trick:
If Cash/GP selector on GP, u get no room...
but if CASH, it show many hotel options with many room option, some 0 MYR, which as good as 0 GP.
