If you can go last minute one, might want to check for genting grand. I got given club suite quite a number of times already. Gold card.

I go up mountain almost at least once bi-monthly, also gold member with a increase of min. 300-400TP per trip.
I use both web and app to monitor room availability but dont seems to see any Genting Grand for me.
I could go last minutes too.. Any tips or trick? PM me if dont want to make it public..

Don't really have tips or trick ley.... But if they open Highlands for you le, genting grand should have also. I found genting grand available after they opened Highlands for me. Just that maybe now december+world Cup so no slot. You have to constantly check ba... I checked on 4th Dec, 6-9Dec could book club suite....

Until end of December, evenings, Skyworld theme park, the theme park open to public when outdoor rides hours over. Few eatery inside still opened.
Live performance in their indoor eatery zone.


I prefer the less foggy indoor, still very crowded.
After a windfall of $3K at Casino, I spend RM 750 (4pax) total bill with drinks on a Big Boy 1.5KG live lobster at Burger and Lobster, for a wefies opportunity with the lobster before cooked.



Not many had chance to took photo with a big lobster.. my wife and kids loved this experience.

Hi guys, I just booked 2 nights at maxims for free but my passport number in the app is different from my new passport number. Will there be a problem when I check in?

From the angle, look like tower two, I once got this view too, can see the opposite posh Hotel with clear windows (not one-way windows), can see couples hugging near windows. The
Highland hotel is at the right side of the photo mentioned not shown.

Next time I will bring along a SLR camera with optical zoom lens.

Guys, I have free compliment room in Jan. I can book thru app but the thing is my passport has been changed and the current passport number is different from the one in the app (old passport number), can I still go ahead and book??? I worried wait book already cannot check in.

Please use only renewal to change card detail for passport, and indicate your arrival date/time as renewal collection. It will save u at least the time for renewal, no need 6 hrs wait.

Dont expect them to reply u. After the 4th day of application, keep pressing them for a email reply on renewal status, I waited 2 weeks no reply, when i ask for a update the day before my visit, they replied me on the 4th day, when i had already returned SG.

Dont try your luck on self-check-in kiosk, you will get "Invalid Passport error" when u scan your passport.
Just queue behind the Kiosk assistant lines there are 3-4 of such queues next to kiosks.
If your wallet is fatter, u can go straight to physical counter, do it at a fee.

After check-in, go to membership counter and get the card renewed.
If you dont use online application, u had to wait for 6 hrs later as they wrote u a come-back-6-hr-later appointment slips.

Just go to counter at Highlands Hotel and check in at the counter. Tell them you cannot use the kiosk for check in as you have changed your passport.

You may go update the passport information at the guest service counter outside Genting Club in Genting Grand if you are Gold or Platinum tier. No need to wait for 6 hrs there.

Thank u for the details. I have already apply online renewal stating I will be up there next month. Just in case they say y I no apply. But I will also physically change over the counter. Thanks. I m gold card only haha
