Not too sure if you can do it in Singapore. At Genting, you can top up at Level 3 at the Celcom shop itself.

Before I discovered touchNGo method, I was using ChangiRecommends, but 6-12hrs wait..

Apply Youtrip Debit card.
Download TouchNGo App.

TouchNGo eWallet topup via YouTrip Debit card -> topup any msian telco prepaid while in SG.

Once top up, click prepaid.

Youtrip is very useful for overseas payment.. I ordered my fast food using youtrip.
TouchNGo is useful in Msia too, it is like EZLink, can use in convenient stores.

Youtrip is overseas ATM card.
Insert card in ATM, enter pin, then click Withdraw, click Saving Account, enter sum to RM200 up to 1500.
And cash out foreign currency without losing much exchange rate.

Do take note youtripcard, once put money inside the youtrip account, cannot withdraw, must spend finish. So only put sufficient just enough tour money to be spent.

Come, let me teach you how to withdraw..

Put in S$200 into Youtrip account..

Go Malaysia used only S$70 worth of ringgit, left S$130 in Youtrip account.

To take out cash, S$130 - $5 (service charge) = S$125 * 3.2 = RM400
Find a ATM with CIRRUS logo..
Insert your youtrip card to ATM, key in pin, Select Withdraw Cash, Select Saving Account.
Enter $400. Enter.. (some banks only can withdraw in denomination of $100)

And RM 400 cash withdrawn.

The above is just a scenario for those desperate for cash.

Find a airbnb unit near KL sentral..
Transportation hub easy access to most part of KL.. especially shopping malls, eateries and Night Market.. and places of interest, such as Genting Highlands,,

Aeroline bus go where take...

KLIA to Awana Bus Terminal (aka cable car terminal)

Got fixed schedule.. if missed.. need to wait for next bus in 30-60min intervals at airport.
You know, the immigration clearance timing as unpredictable as roulette roll.. previously i booked a late time bus and have early lunch at KLIA.
