I think better to click replacement. I clicked renewal and they took back my old card before giving me the new one.

Just back from my genting getaway.

Realized that table rm50 min bet for pontoon and 3 pictures only available at skycasino on Saturday. On weekdays, min was rm100 instead.

Last time pre covid had many rm50 table everywhere even at the silver member area. Now is mainly 100~300 rm per hand lol

For ETG games, I found the ones at old genting grand casino is better. Blackjack can play 3 hands each, compared to 1 hand only at skycasino.

It was at lvl 2 near the intensify bar. Did u explore that area?

Going on 9th May and booked FWH via mobile app. Hope I can check in successfully without the card plus new passport.

new passport mean new number guess might have some problem at kisok

I am changing my passport (expiry 2026) too.. getting a new one before i visit in mid June.

Previously, I had complaint (counter/emails/phonecall) and changed 2x gold cards due to "invalid pasport"
these issue I was having in my past 8 visits since 2022 July. Always need to queue in special assisted queues.

The problem cause was found when I tried to use the kiosk's "change profile detail" option in my last visit.
Scanner show that my passport is non-NFC capable.
Then, I download the phone NFC apps to check my passport, and truly, it cannot detect while my kids' and wife's are ok.

I believe the check-in kiosk used NFC too, to verify your ID, thus mine old showing invalid passport.
I hope my upcoming visit no more issue after getting the passport updated in level2 gold/platinum membership counter before check-in.

Oh there.. I rmb there was RM 50 Texas but they always like never open, so I stop going there.. and level 2 also nothing much to see..

Smart casual. No slipper or sandals or shorts allowed.

Seems Genting is making RWG more upscale and trying to get rid of the sleazy casino look. Gone are the smokey ceiling from smokers and many air purifiers around (for new skycasino)
