For the same period of check-in, the max number of room booking per day is 2 rooms as far as I know currently. You may have to do 2 separate bookings to secure the 2 rooms. I have done it before personally.

I need to book 4 rooms for my family…why the restriction though?

do they have attire restriction for skytropolis(indoor theme park); saw someone mentioned before that no sandals allowed?
anyone knows if they allow you to go on the rides if you're wearing long dress(ankle length) with sandals? lol

Ya guess that is the only way. But booking via two separate accounts, does it mean the 4 rooms will not be near each other?

If you need the rooms to be near to each other, my recommendation is to ask the staff for help near the check in kiosk or worse case scenario to check in at counter, if you don't mind the queue, to request for help in special arrangements for the 4 bookings.

If you need connecting room, one of best customer service is Highland Hotel. Other hotels, perhaps same.
They will get ur phone number, and call you when there is available connecting rooms.
You check in your luggage and go shop shop, return when they called.

For FWH, they will only assigned whatever room available, u can reject and QUEUE AGAIN later after 3pm to retry.. 3pm lots of available rooms, higher chance.

I prefer personal touch, call is 20c per minute from SG to MY. Typically about 10-15min to book.

You can book via web, add to cart, one room booking at a time.
Just make sure same date same room type for connecting rooms.

If your telco is M1 or Starhub, I think there is no overseas charge for their Malaysia hotline.

They used to have a local number but has discontinued the number since Covid.

than back and add another to cart again

than in cart will have 2 bookings than proceed from there

try add 3rd one cannot liao ...even wan to pay also cannot

Wah just registered for the casino card earlier, they just straight gimme the gold card.. but genting really alot of atb scammer/beggar, i meet on avg one every day ask me for money kns even when nowhere near casino zz

Not all gold membership are the same,

I had been gold member since 2019. but stop playing ETG after hitting 300., continue with slot machines..
Usually I get only free FWH Deluxe and Y5 rooms and occasional Resort Hotel..

Only when I managed to exceed 500TP, I got more fancy offers in iKiosk..
Hit daily TP margins, you get Free concert tix, Free massage..

In 2022, I managed to break 1000TP, more hotel options, FWH Superior Deluxe, Highland Hotel Premier, Genting Grand junior suite, many other fancy offers,, CNY vouchers, Durian.. this year already 2 pairs of concert tixs.

What if I didn't hit the 300TP and never go renew next year? How ah?

Still can reward GP/TP?
