All coach operators are the same. They will text/WhatsApp you (with all the transportation info) the day/night before. Just tell them your name and/or show them their text/WhatsApp message when you board the bus will do. Have a good trip in advance. Cheers.
When I booked WTS，they told me no calls on the eve to give coach number. Tell me to just go to Yishun pickup point at 5.15am that day.
I used to travel with WTS before I switched to 707inc (due to the requirement to switch buses — from double deck to sing deck — which my elders detest). It has been years, and I cannot remember whether did they WhatsApp or text me the day/night before, but one thing for sure is that they are always on time reaching BP Plaza at 6.05am. Info, pls.

But select liao cannot go thru one lo, the system will prompt saying tickets not available de. Yesterday and today same same lo.
