Overbooked? Maybe they just trying their luck to remove a couple of earlier passengers if they have a larger group.

Say no first and see what happens :D
I think overbooked. They transfer us to another coach and refund us remaining amount. Their reason due to holiday period not enough coach 🤦‍♂️ Dk what they doing

Use PayNow/Paylah to topup Youtrip funds to avoid TopUp fee. Don't use credit card to topup

I see youtrip can use in malaysia genting. But don't have MYR in youtrip app leh. So how does it works ar?

insert card in ATM, key in pin, select language, select Withdrawal, Savings, then the amount under RM1350.
Fee Waiver if cash withdrawal under S$400 per day.

For non withdrawal usage, it is paid in MYR using your account SGD balance. The rate is competitive to what you change in local moneychanger.

Not sure if anyone have this issue. I tried to pay for themepark tickets on the Genting app when I was there but got error after entering credit card details.

In the end had to book through the Genting website instead of app then it went through.

Do check 'My trips' in the app to see if the itinerary is in the list after force closing and reopen of the app.

I booked deluxe room for FWH this coming end Dec. May I know how to request for a room with toilet and bathroom together similar to normal hotel room.

Last year I got a deluxe room but toilet and bathroom are separated and basin are outside between bathroom and toilet which we dislike.

Thanks Kevin, so I should avoid tower 1 rooms? I am very sure last year my room type was deluxe room, but when i use the self checkin kioks with my passport i was assigned with a so call deluxe room but design like a standard room.

At kioks checkin, are we able to select tower 1 or 2?

does all floors in tower 2 are with combine toilet and bath room?

Going to Genting this Sunday but no advice from the private hire (cost abt $380). Hope the experienced ones can guide me here as i am on a budget and not familiar with Genting and KL. Going with in laws and a kid and will leave Sg for Tuas at abt 6am.
1. Where would be a good place for stopover to have early lunch (chinese food) at around 10ish am? Think my in law wont be able to last till we reach Genting.
2. Heard the cable car will be jam packed during check out period as many will want to make their way to KL city. We intend to go to KL on Wed after checking out at abt 12pm. Would bus or cable car be better and when would be suitable time to avoid the jam? Will stay in KL for a night and fly back to Sg the next evening via Scoot. TIA!!

It's depends what time you left 2nd link. For food actually you can check with your driver, he should know better.
My driver picked me up and used woodlands checkpoint and have breakfast in JB and had lunch at half-mountain.
