Check kiosk for meal vch best before 11am, there is a daily quota.
Gold members must play at vip to get free meal, play at lvl 1 or 2, u get nothing.
Silver members can get meal vch play anywhere..

Thats the reason.

When u say VIP, do u mean the entire floor of the 3rd level of Sky casino? And apply to any types of games, like tables, slots, ETG, and the ones that use iPad? I always play at level 1 and 2. No wonder.

Have not been to Malaysia for 2 yrs. If take coach, at Malaysia custom still have counter to chop passport ? No need app or prior registration right ? Because have elderly that don't have smartphone.

Don't need app or prior registration. They still have counter but most use the e-gate to go through the customs nowadays. Counter is only the last resort if the e-gate failed to recognise your passport.

You mean as gold member you don't know you have to earn points from VIP area (3rd floor skycasino or 2nd floor Highlands) to redeem any vouchers using points earned the same day, if vouchers yet to be snatched up?

No. Cos I started playing the moment I reach Genting at 12pm and lasted until 11pm I will be too tired to continue further.

Most meal vouchers, unless you are platinum member, are already snatched up by then. You may check availability prior play if your intention is to get meal voucher via points earned at VIP zone. Platinum members usually have meal vouchers available at night as they are entitled to free buffet meals without need of meal voucher.

i guess is those machine with higher jackpot $$ or got major minor need more $$$ rolling for GP

but best forget abt points n focus on credits n winning

Yeah, one instance when the e-gate really can't successfully complete my passport detection, the counter staff was forced to stamp and indicate e-gate entry date beneath the exit stamp.

Last week, Malaysia immigration 3 manned counters empty, all queued at e-gates, I pointed my in-laws at the empty counters, they and family go there and cleared the immigration within 1 mins, while I alone sux-thumb stuck at e-gate for 5 mins.

No requirement to fill up anything both ways if your family members and you are Singaporean.

I guess most people are bothered by having entry and exit stamps from counter in passport for the to-fro trip. I once entered from counter and exit from e-gate, no issues with other future Malaysian trips.

not sure
if some slots pay me, i thot theres some pattern but try it out again ltr, its not. so i usually insert two hundred notes. if it pays i'll just stay on for hours sometimes, else i'll quit that machine. so frankly no strategy.

After entering credit card details, it shows Payment attempts you have 2 attempts left.

Tried many times and same issue. Browser and mobile app have the same problem.

Card issuing country I change from Malaysia to Singapore.

Card issuing bank I selected Maybank.

Anyone encountered this error on payment ?

I called Maybank and they can see an attempt to make payment but payment did not go through.

No. The moment I enter card details, I expect to go to authenticate page but instead it gives the message you have 2 attempts left. Click ok and the pop up disappear and blank page to enter credit card details again .

theme park ticket just go counter to buy easier

if die die must go in esp afternoon...just get the vip package n u sure able to complete all rides
worth it imo

else wait for non-raining day n faster go play
