Last I took in august, all the way same bus no need change at custom. Only bus captain change.

Times are bad, I took Transtar mostly in 2023-2024 to Genting, changed bus at least 3 times with Transtar Club-Z, usually mahjong passengers at the immigration to sort passengers to the alighting points on returning leg.

Recently my wife want stuff from YongPeng (Ming Ang bottled sambal chilli were nice), took WTS more often in later part of 2025, found that WTS buses could reach early at Genting before 12pm too, thus I dropped the
Transtar Club-Z which usually reach Genting before 12pm (as it skipped YongPeng).

WTS used to have 4 toilet stops on-route , nowadays only total 3 including YP. Less time wasting.
Transtar had 4 due to the meals, and drinks served twice onboard.

I used to have the mindset that WTS are preferred by elderly, which could affect boarding times.
But Transtar itself had often few self-entitled passengers too.

If silver membership can book GG Junior Suite, I also want to get demoted.
My family always said I always go 3rd floor alone while they liked slot machines on the Level-1 at Skycasino.

No choice.. my vouchers always can redeem with Tier point gained at at VIP sections.

Yes. Was promoted to gold for quite awhile already.

My Malaysian friend only got promoted to silver on end Dec end up promoted to gold as well yesterday.

How I wish they upgrade gold to platinium, i was 6800+ TP short.

There are people who got 18k TP last year end and didn't get upgraded to platinum. End of the day, it is more important to win from the trips. I got less or no travel subsidy compared to the gold members last year. End of the day, the only benefit differences are only the free meals and the priority queue at first world hotel counter, which does not seem priority on special days.

The host usually can help you get rooms when all are sold out in app or via phone call 80-90% of the time. You may request for room upgrade of existing booking, subject to availability. You may also ask whether there's free concert tickets available. Do ask your host to help look out for special meal events or competitions.

Tbh, the above are what we may request from the host. However past experiences with different hosts tell me they are pretty lazy most of the time. I will only go to my host as last resort, such as escalate of situation like non working phone of hotel room, dominantly in FWH tower 1.
Recently my earliest host is often seen dining in Highlands Platinum Club with other higher roller members.

Most of them will redeem concert tickets voucher for sale of the printed tickets. I am only interested in the meal vouchers for family members for my trips.
