My wife not been visiting Genting since Oct 2025. She is Gold card. In mid 2025, she got RM200, I helped to check her card at kiosk, early 2026 got RM100, this month she got RM50. I had been using her card to clock TP, she got 300+TP last year, and 300+TP this year Feb. Yet this month June she only had Transport subsidy of RM50+ even after clocked 100TP in a single day in VIP area last month.

I had a hunch they use the Casino VIP security check-in as the basis to determine if you physical played

Benefits no longer good, I will consider Macau if Durian fest vouchers are scaled down this year.

So far, Genting regulars no more free concert tix since 2025, no massage voucher at kiosk, lousy CNY vouchers, bad dumplings.

We cannot check-in to the VIP area using another member's card. I once forgotten to retrieve mine at the Gold Card slot area. Attempted to use my Wife's membership card to gain entry but was stopped by the Security. I explained to the nice chap, and he comforted me that if my Wife doesn't know where to find the card, just make a new one at the kiosk, and no need to worry about it.

Go Highline open bottle. Or the new Neo by Imperial Rama.
Both have nice selection of whisky and brandy.

Old casino(s) opened, but two main entrances at near both Genting Grand and RW Hotel lobby, same linked old casino with different names. GG ones called Lifestyle Casino, with big eatery and a lifestyle gaming. darts, golf putting, action car sim, 2 drinking pubs.. etc
The other ones at RW Hotel still named Genting Casino
They are atas casino, dress codes are higher than Skycasino, no shorts, men with only covered shoes.

I think highland hotel ( last call resort hotel), is a alternative if RW and Genting Grand not available. Their room is spacious and comfortable, also come with good wifi speed in room. I book last min to come use up the 1k food voucher, only room available is first world deluxe room and highland, no RW and genting grand room available, so I give a try for this highland, to my surprise, consider very good. On par with RW deluxe room. Will consider here in future if RW and Genting Grand not available.

Used to stay there with parents, big room. but a bit too far from sky casino and main mall for liking especially parents got older.

Booked it for previous in May. Didn't really like it.

- if facing concert hall, the bass is quite overwhelming at night
- no Aircon and it was quite stuffy even at night. Fan helped a bit though.
- a bit too far to Sky Avenue and Casinos
- next door Uncle tried to force open my side connecting door at night (wanted to go over and tell Uncle or call main desk to complain but tarik because scared front desk tell me beside no one staying ).

Maybe not RW standard, but definitely spacious and the better alternative if GG and RW are unavailable.

For those that are bore with Genting shops, can walk walk see see~

Quick check on the room rate, it's quite expensive, RM600 onward~
