If I on-board the new 5% co-payment scheme and restrict myself die-die must see panel doctor. Will I receive a lower quality healthcare service?
eg. Panel doctors have to follow certain guidelines set by insurers. Non-panel doctors on another hand may prescribe more tests to eliminate certain possibility of cancer.
To what extend will these guidelines affect my health? Anyone can share their inputs?
