I tried 2 days I cannot already.
How can everyday run... :s13:
perseverence, no need to run sprints, but 10KM is the milestone, so slow jog or whatever ur comfortable speed is good enough, the problem is the amount of time taken to complete the regime.

Lol, saw report on one lady who ran marathon every day for a year.
Think got saw before people who run alot everyday. End up look very skinny. If not for the slightly tone physique, looks rather sickish. Think is abit extreme, maybe obsess with running or getting thin. Need to have some muscle or meat then better. :s22:

I agree. Haven't stepped into the gym since **, and still managed to put on muscle despite only working out at home in combination with pull-ups.

It's not Ironmaster, but similar in concept. Mine is this:

Haha, no space lah. HDB flat.

But elevated rear leg split squats with 25kg in each hand is no joke either. At least my legs haven't gone down in size, and I'd say my glutes get worked much more than regular barbell squats.

Actually working out at home is good enough.

Simple exercises like push ups, sit ups, squats etc..
