Given a choice, will you buy a Class 2B, Class 2A or Class 2 bike? And which model do you recommend?

I can relate to your last sentence. When i was looking for a daily street bike i found the fz6 cheaper than super4. With the exception of a higher road tax, overall maintenance costs are the same.

600cc 2nd bikes are a steal here due to our bike license classification. Almost got the fz6 as well last time.

No thnaks to COE and silly taxes. S4 used to cost 12k otr, now 20k or so???

Wtf s4 now 20k otr? Last time 20k can buy r1 already. Think I saw your Nick is sbf last time as before. Used to be s4 rider as well.

Used to have both at the same time. Usually 2b I prefer scooter don't need think of gear change for a powerless bike.. Owned 20 motorbikes before. Last one i rode mt09...

ya... my car coe ending soon, thinking of getting a yamaha 2B scooter, no need to think of gear shifting...just normal pt A to B:s12:

A lot of ppl think Class 2 bikes look cool and grand, but they don't see the downsides to it eg high maintenance cost, cannot lane split, hot machine(literally boil your balls), difficult to find parking, heavy, girls don't get wet when they see it etc
There's a solution called MT-07 and MT-09

quit bike already, car safer and still affordable

I think this debate has been discussed til death and id simply say it depends on ones choice and risk appetite. Ive stopped riding fir 1.5 years but haven't given it up completely. Its something i will definitely get back into if i lay eyes on a Duc Street fighter.
