but are the jobs matching against what the grads studied for or aspirations?
what's that phrase again? PHV, Grab etc for locals, PMET for FT... along those lines...

Maybe the youth beginning to wake up!

If there is a large enough group feeling it by next election , could spell trouble for Govt.

It would fun to see the Govt go round MBFC dictating policy and kicking a few FTs out 🤣🤣🤣

There are many types of people who even being terminated/retired also don't want to work

1) people who stay in landed/condo or own properties
2) people who are well supported by their children
3) people who are rich or have savings
4) people who hold high qualifications
5) many elderly/middle age people who don't know english

So deducting these people you say how many are left in the 49% unemployed pool?

That's why takeup rate for skillfuture courses is low

Then why should they waste uni slots when they are just not going to work after graduation. Govt should implement clawbacks for those graduates not willing to work since university education is heavily subsided by govt

After uni grad. Immediately taken up skillfuture.. got satki power?

My security officer ex-class got graduates. They take the course is for standby only. Like taxi license lor. Many took taxi license for standby because either they are rich or currently working.

You see may graduates become hawkers? Then they take degree for what? Gov should implement degrees with expiry dates

Moi initially also believe so when watched the so many people in Hammer time rally. But then after 3 May I totally gave up with the outcome.

Every GE is rise and repeat. Don't put your hopes too high.

Expect 70% next GE. Now until then is give out many many NCships.
