Gojek bad experience

Took a gojek today.
Ordered and waited didn’t check my phone for a while cos knew it would be 8 minutes, then saw that the gojek person say made wrong turn and will only arrive 18 minutes later, and asking me if want to cancel.
Anyway I already wait so ask him if he’s coming, then the app show he’s static. Then later find he’s travelling further and further. Finally he responded and started scolding me for not responding.

Knn caused me to be late by playing tricks and still frickin unrepentant. Worst is that he admitted that he picked up another ride without cancelling me and by the time the stupid gojek screen updated he was way way on another side of the island. Ended up taking a Tada and only when threatened with me taking screenshots of the conversation and reporting to gojek that he guaiguai cancelled from his end.

Anyone experience with gojek like this piece of shiat? If gojek rewards this type of shiat behavior then I hope they close shop in sg fast.

Gojek has a $4 cancellation fee 4 minutes after you’re matched to a driver and you cancel
So means what. If I’m gojek driver I can accept, wait for 4 minutes and then say “whoops made a wrong turn sorry silly me need another 18 minutes to reach you can you cancel” and if the customer gong gong dunno got cancellation fee the driver gets rewarded for SCAMMING?

Ya, sounds like same as Grab
Alrdy got a couple of threads here from edmwers who complained about Grab drivers coming up wif the same stun

more of these cases happening, they accept then better fare came in they cancel

that's still fine, if they cancel on me, I lose time.
if I cancel I lose time and lose money. and lose my temper this time.
I could doxx the fella and post all the screenshots, but I'd rather make Gojek bear the shame this time. For rewarding this sort of behavior

Last time just taxis on the road ppl complain, now got taxi and phv also complain

always ask them to cancel. you dont cancel on them. just book another trip on another app.

today my friend asked me if its normal for PHV drivers to have another person ride shotgun when taking a passenger on paid trip. and its not a carpool.

i say of course no lah, just make a report.

realized that alot of similar stunts by drivers on gojek...

There should be an option to allow customers to Cancel but provide options to select reasons why they cancel. So if the option chosen is a valid one (such as unreasonable driver) then provide evidence in screenshot to penalize them, not u. And also to waive off the fee cancel. And charge to them instead.

Now need to do this the manual way
