If they had launched it in Singapore back in late 2011 maybe. Now... in Feb... with MWC coming end of the month and new stuff coming soon, doubt there will be a queue... ;)

eBay also have local sellers for casing, confirm faster than overseas. else try hwz marketplace.
but having said that, if u knew u wanted to buy this phone, why not order the casing first? with the delay in launch, u have plenty of time to wait for the cases to reach u from overeas ma.

steady lah!i'll keep my phone stock for at least the first week, just in case got some funny problem then can still claim warranty. and it's good to run a stock rom first, then u have a base to compare and can appreciate how inferior it is compared to 3rd party roms.

It seems that AOKP is more popular, and most importantly stable and with improvements from nightly to nightly... I will try it first.

As for step by step guide, check out the XDA thread on "GNex TOOLKIT V5.2". I don't have Galaxy Nexus yet...

I am just lazy to re-install and re-customise with each install of custom ROM. Since the ROM has been out for quite some times, I guess it is stable enough for day to day use.

With your inputs, I have second thought now: if there is hardware issue within the first week or so, it is easier to send it back to service with the original ROM. Not sure if Samsung will service a phone with custom ROM...
