I don know if it's me only or what..I cannot send SMS out to anyone now since 5.30pm today. I'm on Singtel and using both Stock SMS and Handcent SMS..all got error in sending out. I have rebooted amd still the same. I'm rooted and bootloader unlock, on Google 4.0.2 stock rom, not our local Samsung rom. I have another Singtel line on Iphone3 and it can send out. Btw, I can receive SMS but no sending out..any advise? My Nexus is local warranty type. Thanks.

Check your message settings, verify if the message centre number is set correctly?

ok..i just realised this message centre..but where is this menu? I find inside Message apps also do not have..Network also do not have..

i turned off wifi and tried accessing the internet.

oh but I managed to get it working! I called in and the CSO sent me an email with the different settings for internet and mms access points. They were the same as what you had provided me.

But this time round i restarted the phone and it worked. i shd have do a reboot way before haha!

Samsung cancels 32GB GSM Galaxy Nexus
Got this news off gsmarena.com.

Did anyone get the 32GB model or was the GNex mentioned here in the forum all 16GB?
Today I dropped in the Singtel Hello shop and the GNex brochure shows the internal is 16GB. Ditto the Starhub website. M1 website doesn't mention it.

This really could be a showstopper to getting GNex for me :-(

yea well have to make. do with 16gb
and install dropbox for 10gb free storage
extra 8gb given if u intro friends and they join, well creating additional email accounts wasn't. so hard

Not sure if this still works but i did got my 50GB from box. they have an app on the market and i am using foldersync daily to back up my folders

Battery life still needs to be better for galaxy nexus. Im using stock rom, then perhaps battery life is not that good. Will be waiting for the next official update to see if battery life improves, else will be rooting phone for custom kernels.

My battery life suffers a great deal.

My usage pattern throughout the day from morning 8+ till 6+:
surfing for about an hour
whatsapp
couples sessions of word games
checking Facebook.

OS is stock. Wall paper is static picture, all other sounds and vibrations are set to active only when call/msg arrive (no feedbacks for touch pads).

The battery goes from 100 in the morning to below 10 in the evening; can't last me 12hrs.

The screen accounts for my battery drain; it is always above 50% despite I always off the screen when I'm not using the phone. Previously, the brightness is set to auto and I am setting it to 10% now and hopefully, it helps to prolong.

Same as yours my usage patterns. Perhaps need to root it to get better battery life. Im on auto brightness now too.

Maybe the auto brightness would not be of any effect on the battery life, at least not to me as i encounter same battery patterns with auto and low brightness.

Now got extra 5gb bonus space for videos.. If you are student, with an edu email add, the max you can get is 23gb.
