no problems here for me. I am running AKOP b34. You might want to ditch the AKOP M4 and run nightly instead

Just switched to AOKP b34, tested for a while with stock kernel and seems to be working, so switching to franco M3 now to continue testing.

Hi there, can I check with Galaxy Nexus users if I can use it as a mass storage device and transfer files via plug and play? Or it is still currently only via MTP?

Just got my GNEX and running AOKP M4. However, I seem to be having problems with the MTP. When I flashed franco M3 kernel, MTP was glitchy and would give me errors when I try to copy over files. I reflashed AOKP without franco kernel and MTP works as normal.

Anyone else has a similar problem?

On AOKP M4 and on Franco M3..No issue transferring files via MTP..

MTP seems to be working fine now... given that I've tried transferring using 2 different cables, it seems that the only difference is that I'm on AOKP b34 now, instead of M4. So I guess I have to conclude that on AOKP M4 it was affecting my MTP...

I wiped and flash a stock image for 4.04. Now Google map cannot locate my position without GPS. It says location currently temporarily unavailable. Is this a bug or something?

Try getting GPS Status from the Play Store and downloading the A-GPS data.

Read the changelog, not many major differences from b34. Anyway flashing ROMs is pretty irritating cos I have to backup all my data and restore it again plus change all my settings to my preferred ones. It's really troublesome even with Titanium Backup!

Lol I need to stop flashing... flashing is quite troublesome for me cos I have to transfer all my data over. Usually the changes are not total overhauls so I think I will try to reduce my flashing :s13: I'll just stick to kernel updating which is a lot easier!

Problem solved.

I had to restart the phone to get the 'seek permission' prompter for google to determine my location via network and other means.
