What i mean by official is automatically pushed to me and i dun hv to go thru all those trouble to do it myself.

bottom line is, if you want updates, take the initiative to go learn how to flash to latest. dun wan to do it then just have to wait till your system detects the updates itself, and that may take god knows how long. all depends on you, not others.

no need to be lvl 99 geek in order to read 2 posts of information and a few clicks on your mouse..

No doubt it may not be hard. No doubt I will definitely be able to do myself. But I just don't want to go through all those trouble to do it.

I can stop stereotyping if you stop making sweeping statements like "half of the world's population are geeks......" because unless u go conduct a survey you will not be able to come to that conclusion.

I definitely can wait. I have wealth of time to do so. I just wondering if I am missing something like I am suppose to go Singtel or Samsung website to download the firmware. Not asking about how I should do it if I want it faster.

all you have to do is wait lor.. wait till your phone tells you it's ready for updates..
