i9260,.. an upgraded g.nexus is coming from somewhere i read...

anyway.. i have been with my g.nexus for almost a month..

rooted and jellybeaned the very first day getting it..

...but the best is Trinity kernal and rasbeanjelly rom...

Probably a stupid question but, where did you get it and how much was it?

It does both. Without a power supply plugged in you won't get TV out.

If you know what you are doing, no.

As long as you return it in stock ROM and lock the bootloader, no issues with warranty.
