I did but just to confirm...:D been looking forward to owning a nexus device but the update is still slow...
Sad to say, if u really want official update, you can join your friend in the waiting purgatory.

If you ask me, I got a feeling it won't come out at all hehe.... :D

actually.. getting upgrade to 4.1.1 is one thing...

flashing to custom ROM such as Rasbeanjelly + trinity kernel is a totally different matter...

These custom ROM are simply great!!! Stable + better colours + faster speed and superb battery life over stock 4.1.1.

I believe compiled ROMs are much more stable compared to baked one.

That being said, for the source to be available, official ASOP ROM/OTA updates have to be released.

Yes, custom ROMs more shiok:s42:

Guys can i ask you Nexus users, how is your data speeds on trains, or even all around the island when travelling?

Do you guys oftenly loose connection or can't even get a connection at all?
In other words, is your phone's 3/3.5G stable?

I noticed that the phone's radio (data, wifi, reception) is weaker as compared to my one x...

I see. I'm using a rooted s2. Been trying to figure out if the problem lies with my s2. So that when I change to my next phone I'll be more careful of such criterias.

You are aware you should root your nexus to change your baseband for data and kernel for wifi?

Hope you'll enjoy your nexus more.
