i just realise... people think i am a idiot.... for using my 10 inch tablet in the MRT
:(

Why should you possibly care what people think about you on the MRT? The only reason I don't carry my ipad 4 on the train is that it's too heavy.

The people you meet on the train are strangers. Their opinions don't really matter.

Singapore lowest i hv seen is S$400 for 16gb and most places are selling much higher.

Very different in Malaysia where the OFFICIAL RRP for 16gb is only RM999. There is a Samsung outlet at City Square, JB that has this unit. I was actually quoted RM950 by the Nokia shop just a few shops away from the Samsung outlet. And a few days ago, a shop in KL quoted me RM930 -maybe even possible to bargain further - I didn't try because i wasn't really intending to buy. But got to admit it was really tempting considering that 1S$ = at least RM2.52 now. Just can't find any compelling use for a large android tablet atm esp a 16gb unit without an sd card slot

Btw i didn't see any 32gb units in JB or KL - guess it hasn't been brought in yet

Re yr Q about the new Nexus 10 - it will be much improved but of course at a much higher price. If u can, just wait first

I got it at Challenger at $498.
If you buy it from Samsung, free Norton antivirus with 1 year subscription.

Well, its a rumour... Even if the release date is out, will it come to Singapore that soon?

Rawr, having a dilemma on whether to wait for the new one to arrive or just buy the current Nexus 10... :s11:
