I will be getting the LTE version..too used to LTE speeds:)

I currently have a WiFi + 3G nexus 7 but I seldom bring it out.. There are times that I do bring out and its really convenient to have the mobile data available as and when I needed to use. Headache haha

After getting it, do you guys plan to get a casing or just leave it "naked"?

I will probably just get a screen protector :D

i just hope amazon will ship directly to singapore
From resellers, yes. Amazon's stocks direct from Google? (if Google actually does that) Nope.

Just a point of reference, Chromecast from Google, selling on Amazon, cannot ship direct to SG.

What happened? Now cannot liao?
No need PM me, I also dunno what measures Google might put up this time.

Last time only need proxy, any card also can accept. Need freight forwarder of course.

Now, proxy will still work (afaik). But the killing wound is a US based credit card. Last known is they banned several virtual US credit services. Some say AMEX based cards can. UOB's virtual pay service is also based on AMEX, which should be the best bet for now.

But that's only for those who want the Wifi-only models (or those who want the US LTE models for some reason). Those who want LTE that works in SG, wait real patiently. :D

Above is just what I've tried and failed with. Anyone with a working method do share - or rather, share after you've succeeded with it. :D

Nexus 7 2 Release Date For US Fixed On July 30[OFFICIAL]: Google Play Store Offers 32GB Model For $270 | KpopStarz

Nexus 7 2 release date is already confirmed!

It's official! Nexus 7 2 release date in the US is going to be on July 30. The next-generation Android tablet was unveiled during the July 24 press event hosted by Google featuring the head for Chrome and Android products, Sundar Pichai.

According to Know Your Mobile, Nexus 7 2 will be available to purchase from the Google Play Store in the US by July 30. Unfortunately for the interested buyers from UK, it was announced that the Nexus 7 2 release date for UK will be on September 13, as stated by a retailer, PC World.

The 2nd-generation Nexus 7 unsurprisingly carries better specs and display, as well as optional support for LTE. It was confirmed that it will run Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, powered by 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, working perfectly with 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 320 GPU, as reported by International Business Times. The 7-inch screen has 1920 X 1200 display resolution with a pixel density of 323ppi. Nexus 7 2 is also equipped with 5 MP rear camera and a 1.2 MP front-facing camera. For intensive gamers, Nexus 7 2's battery can last up 10 hours.

Nexus 7 2 price starts at $230 for the 16GB model, while the 32 GB version has a $270 price tag, both are Wifi-only. The LTE version for the 32GB is available for $350. The device will be available in other countries like Japan, Australia, Spain, South Korea, France and Germany.

Unofficially dubbed as Nexus 7 2 ahead of its launch, Google confirmed that the device will carry the same name as its predecessor's which is simply Nexus 7. The new Nexus 7 is now available for pre-order.
