Hey guys my nexus 7 from Google play store recently exhibit signs of erratic touch screen

Already factory reset still like that

Anyone else have similar experience? I'm gonna go to Asus and see if I can get it repaired for free

Inside my nexus 7 says international warranty on the card I hope it's true

Ordered one 32GB nexus 7 2013 model, shipment handled by UPS, shipment has arrived Singapore, and scheduled to ship out by today, however the delivery did not happen

when called to the customer support of UPS, just quoted amazon cheap shipment, anything also don't know, not sure, even confirmation of out to dispatch status also not known.

Initially arranged night delivery 6-10 pm, after delivery failure, quoted story of not guaranteed to be delivered by today, when the website quoted delivery by today.

The experience is horrible, cheap shipment must deserve bad customer experience!
Don't know where to feedback this type of problem.

tell amazon, ask them to refund the shipping costs

Ordered Nexus 7 2013 32GB on 1st Jan, order shipped on 3rd Jan and UPS tracking site mentioned that it will be delivered on 14th Jan (end of day) but it did not happen.

So I called UPS Singapore, told them that I see it cleared Singapore custom on 14th Jan 2am, but not delivered on the same day.

They mentioned that UPS and Amazon signed an agreement that will only do delivery on every Tuesday and Wednesday, just nice mine passed Wednesday and have to wait till next Tuesday to get my item. They even mentioned that I will need to call Amazon to authorize them to make the delivery, hence I called Amazon US.

Very helpful CSE in the states that explain the whole thing to me and assist me to make several calls to UPS International and UPS Singapore, tell me the same agreement thing. She offered to escalate to UPS and try to urge UPS to deliver the goods to me by this week, she also offered credit of appreciation (I wouldn't mention how much is it as this could cause issue to Amazon CSE).

What I need to do now is wait, either wait for good news from Amazon CSE or worst case is to wait till next Tuesday to receive my Nexus 7. Hope my case can enlighten fellows that do not know what to do when similar case happen to them.

Where to get nexus 7 lte 32gb? Went afew place all sold out

got mine from Digital Style at JP.

You can also try Harvey Norman at Djitson Mall.

Last I checked, both places still have stock, but that was on Boxing Day.

Just need to make sure before getting a set from a forummer.

Assuming you chose free shipping, I think you ought to exercise more patience. Just because a parcel clears customs doesn't mean it has to be delivered on the same day.

My Nexus came through UPS, and I did call them to check on its status. According to them, shipments from Amazon will only be delivered on Tuesday-Thursday. No point rushing them, the item is already in Singapore and it's just a matter of time before it'll arrive at your doorstep. I'm sure UPS is swamped with other orders besides yours.

Consider yourself lucky you weren't assigned iParcel. Tsk.

Did the website specifically say the shipment was on its way to your house, or did it just say it has arrived at their warehouse?

You win some you lose some. If you chose free or cheap shipment don't expect lightning speed delivery. My parcel came at night and I was more than happy and appreciative that the deliveryman had to work such hours to give people their parcels.

Bad customer experience is if you don't receive your stuff after months. Till then, just be patient and WAIT.

If u bought from amazon, ur warranty will be under amazon? U might be able to opt for a refund after 30 days if u don like it.

Ordered on 1st Jan too interestingly mine was shipped via iparcel and it arrived on Tues (14 Jan), 7 days before the estimated arrival date lol. Amazon didn't even update the tracking of the package and the day before it arrived it was still being "delayed" in the US.

Take serial no. then call and confirm with asus sg whether set is global wrty or NA wrty. Some have, some dont have afaik.

I used to use Nova but now I switched to the Google Experience Launcher.
Its about the same as nova in terms of speed, but as a student sometimes I need to google things quick in class. The OK Google voice command is also fun to play with and show off too.
