because nexus 7 first version is able to whatsapp+sms only with their 3g

Yeah best is when they launch in Singapore the lte version, then less than 1 hour out of stock again.

Can WhatsApp but WhatsApp can only apply to one device/mobile line at any time. So if you're using multi Sim, its either WhatsApp on hand phone or WhatsApp on tablet. Not Both.

yeah, my plan is to divert local incoming call of number B to my other other number A, while primarily using this tablet for sms/whatsapp purpose for number B.

but still thinking of ways to do outgoing call number B without the other party knowing my number A caller id

Their shipping fee to sg cost 40+ USD. Might as well use CGW.
