Registered online on Sunday - Guy called to confirm order on Tuesday - Set delivered on Thurs morning.

Had a heart stopping moment just half an hour after getting the set. Sis was playing around with it and it slid off her lap, fell screen first onto the ground the sound when it hit the ground was pretty loud and i feared the worse.

surprising though, not a scratch or crack on it. it worked just fine!

Seems like newer batches don't have touchscreen issues?

Mine has erratic touchscreen but still usable.

u can register online. if ur s/n dont work. try the "S/NN:" which is located on the nexus 7 box itself

is there a way of showing the virtual sdcard files in windows explorer when we plug in to the PC?

Not sure exactly the steps as I'm on OSX but should be same..

On the nexus, u will see USB connected (I think as MTP device which is why u see the pictures only).. click on the notification and go into developer options to select enable USB debugging.. it should show everything..

One thing I can't understand is if my LED light isit got prob or isit normal that there is no indication light that the device is charging?

Was updated to 4.3.1 a long time ago. I think 3-4 weeks ago? Nothing major updates from 4.3 to 4.3.1 though. Looking forward to the Kit Kat update.

Weird issues happened on my N7.

Yesterday installed quite alot of apps & games.

This morning start my Clash of clans, it rebooted, after rebooting..

my N7 reset back to factory defaults. now updating all my google apps. Games are still there but no data inside machiam the game just installed.

Mine too... Sometimes touch doesn't register even when using stylus

Figured out that the LED only works when there's notifications. And only in WHITE.

Used the app called Light Flow to set my Nexus 7's LED to blink when charging and the LED to stay on when fully charged.
