it is not late if it is still within the ETA.

anyway, I just get to know that, customer can only complaint to amz if the delivery is more than 3 days late than the original ETA

according to my iparcel tracking, my nexus is alr in singapore 2 days ago. just called up speedpost and they said it is currently pending clearance and it's not with them yet. so got to wait.

Then u can ask "Question about your order?" And select the particular order and enquire with them either via email or web chat about a refund.
