Seems 720p video recording is missing as well? At least in untouched firmware :s13:

Listed as 720 x 480 video resolution
Should be there....the official page got say got HD recording.

And makes no sense to remove it when even the mould that it came from (SGS) had 720p recording.

1. 16 GB Storage: is it going to fully use the SD card for both data and app? If yes, it will fix the serious problem of Android phones with limited resource for install huge apps like games.
2. Should be no lagged as it is supported by Google, and Samsung have learned some lesson as their Tab is not lagged as the SGS.
3. Always get the newest Android version.
4. Supposed to be optimized for HummingBird CPU and the corresponding GPU.

If all above points are correct, it has the best of both worlds: Samsung hardware and Google-built software. A great phone!

Disappointing.

1. No dual core.
2. No SD card slot.

Those two alone is enough to tell me to wait for next year to get a new phone.

Wtf? You do realise this will not have the TouchWiz interface right?

Yeah I guessed there wouldn't be a samsung ui overlay, but in general samsung doesn't come across to me as ' brilliant' in the software department. For me, the overall feel of the company matters. But I would like to be proven wrong with their nexus s. For sure I wouldn't get it at launch. Wait at least 3 months perhaps.
