I found that my smsc tab is blank. my carrier is M1, when i type in the sms center no +6596845999 and press update, i get an update error.

Is it my set got problem or is it the sim card? the smsc tab is suppose to be blank?

Hry guys.. for those that bought from the usa, do we need to send back there for warranty issues? Will sg samsung entertain us??

i dun think samsung sg will cover the warranty for US set.

Anyway, this incident trigger a tot, my Sim card was signed last Dec which make it like 3 months old. Use it on many Android phone with no problem. I am suspecting the Sim card is spoilt due to the NFC chip. Just a tot...

What did you see when click the[ Refresh] that is next to the [update] button.

My Singtel no comes out to be 06915669917777 ...which is abit out from the normal SMSC ..

Anyway my sms is working fine..not Local set though

Never knew such thing. Anyway I hv nothing there. My sms has been working. Until I hit refresh accidentally, 00 shows up. AND MY SMS CEASES TO WORK !

M1 is going change my sim card.. after change sim card then will see whether sms can send.

Interesting... iirc, there is another user from M1 who had the same problem as you and a change of sim card did the trick.

I used both before...local and export. I must confess I like the amoled version better.. for the first few days, I can't get used to the super LCD and keep complaining to my frenx how different it is.. but now, I am used to it and it isn't that bad.

Most important is the pure Google experience!

i got the case already, but they shipped the wrong colour and i got black instead.

You are hitting [Update] button with blank information which writing all zeros onto SMSC area...

Hitting [Refresh] indeed display current active SMSC...which will not cause problem..
I just retried this experiment.of hitting [REFRESH] button...No problem of sending SMS...
