Hi all,

Have a question here regarding the Nexus S from Singtel.

I have been buying my Nexus One and Nexus S both from the US.
As marketed, they provide the pure Google experience without any bloatware and the OS is pure and untouched.

Would like to find out from you guys if the Nexus S provided by Singtel is also the same. Untouched. (Albeit the screen only being a SLCD instead of SAMOLED)

I am considering to get the Galaxy Nexus from Singtel this time round instead of buying it contract free if Singtel does not mess with the OS or install any of their Singtel apps.

Anyone who got their Nexus S from Singtel can let me know?

I bought mine at Comex in Sep I think. No pre-installed ST apps or anything. My parents Galaxy Ace though got ST apps so I'm assuming Nexus S doesnt.

Someone confirm also?

Thanks for the reply, I have confirmed this with another friend of mine.
Its pure and untouched.

Will likely be getting the NG from Singtel if they offer it first before Samsung stores sell them

Mine is M1, pure google. i suppose it should be the same for other telcos..

Yep, I think most of the farecards cum credit card ones will have NFC.

Have to be on stock rom to do use this.. just rename file to update.zip
oh and it comes with bootloader.. so you lose cwm if you have it..
