I got the camera update too but only after I searched for the Pixel Camera app in play store. Then saw the update button.

My experience with pixel updates a bit wonky. Most of the time system/app updates are not pushed to me automatically. Usually I find out online got update then manually go check for updates.

It has been like that for me since the 8 pro. Dunno is my Google account issue or what lol.

Yup same for me too since Pixel 4a. I now have a habit of going to play store and manually check for updates before I unplug my charger.

Not sure if it's cos of the staged rollout feature which developers can set when releasing updates.

I think it is partially due to staged roll out, but cannot be my phone like almost never automatically push update to me.

Unless suay suay my phone's identifier number always get pushed to later stages of the roll out. :s13:

Because like most apps on play store, its pushed out sequentially in waves. Just like your OTA updates. Microsoft also does the same for windows updates. Nothing to do with your device. They prob just group random google accounts together in different waves.

Yeah I get it, but my devices always get grouped in the later waves for some reason and I want to know what. :s13:

This is how you use gemini. No need to watch

In this video, a review of Google's new Pixel 10 Pro smartphone highlights its strengths and weaknesses:
Design and Build: The Pixel 10 Pro has a design similar to its predecessor, featuring a flat Gorilla Glass Victus 2 back and a glossy aluminum frame [01:02].
Display: The device has a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is very bright, reaching 1,400 nits manually and 2,350 nits in auto mode, making it easily readable in sunlight [01:35].
Performance and Software: The phone runs on the new Tensor G5 chipset, which focuses on AI and camera processing, but benchmark tests show it lags behind competitors [04:17]. It ships with Android 16 and Google promises seven years of software support [02:59].
Battery and Charging: The phone has a 4,870 mAh battery, but its battery life is worse than the previous model. It supports 30W charging, and a new feature is Qi 2 wireless charging, compatible with MagSafe at 15W, but reverse wireless charging has been removed [05:36].
Camera: The camera setup is largely unchanged from the previous generation, featuring a 50MP main camera, a 5x zoom telephoto camera, and an autofocusing ultrawide camera [05:53].
Conclusion: The review concludes that while the Pixel 10 Pro has a premium build, a bright screen, and great cameras, it has some significant drawbacks, including slow charging, a less powerful chipset, and worse battery life than its predecessor [10:14].
