Tried. But didn't really solve the problem. Maybe success rate in terms of responsiveness increase? Odd. I tried the same apps on my p7p no issues.

Tap harder also no use leh. I tried. Wrt the keyboard, play around with the gboard settings? Unless last time, gboard can now adjust the size. Maybe that might help.

Have u tried the calibration touch on the diagnostic settings? Might work

Why you never learn from the past experiences of the bros here? Every year also got people post say already dropped/scratched because use phone naked.

The trick is to use the phone with case and screen protector WHILE NAKED like bro @KeYoKe .

HODA is the best SP I have ever used.
Even went down to their shop in Taitung and replaced the SP for my Pixel 7 last year.

Last check on the HODA international site few days back, only has one piece left of the normal clear SP for Pixel 10 pro.

Ended up buying from Taobao - should be genuine ones I assume. Should reach in the next few days.

At this point I would consider RMA liao no point continue stressing over it if it's likely hardware issue. You've already done all the troubleshooting you can do.

No it is definitely not scratch resistant. My friend scratched the metal part of the camera bar.

Only 1 way to fix this, paste camera lens protector, and buy a case which covers the metal area like what @Loser suggested, else go to those store that sells custom cut back skin of the phone like Handphone Inspiration at Marina Square, buy a custom cut back skin from them, and ask them to apply for you which covers the entire back of the phone and the camera bar. I did that for my Pixel 7. With that, you can use any case you like

To conclude my story, Singtel CSO explained that the payment had to go through first and subsequently, it will check for stock availability. According to him, the phone was OOS for my order. Anyway, all BS nonsense.

Whoever developed, tested and commissioned the online shop system needs to be roasted.

Have since placed my order again via FairPrice app for a cheaper price with my link points. At least NTUC app did sent me a purchase confirmation email. Delivery is tomorrow. Hope no more drama!

I also had this issue with Fairprice order.

I called the Fairprice hotline and sent in a online enquiry. The hotline person was apologetic, and he can't confirm when the phone will arrive.

My guess is that my Moonstone Pixel Pro 10 is out of stock, as when I placed the order last Sat, SingTel online store OOS, and Fairprice had the stock for Moonstone and the free cover.

Let's hope the phone will arrive by Friday. Otherwise I may cancel the order and go back to iPhone 17 Pro

553pm update: Check the Ninjavan tracking, it now shows phone is picked up at 5:07pm, and will be delivered by 10pm tonight. Let's see.
