While that's true for big name manufacturers, smaller companies like redmi and realme are already releasing 90hz displays with mid range price.

I used K30 before , the refresh rate like not here not there. Still relies on processor I guess.

My p4xl uses more battery than my p2xl because of the 90hz screen and more sensors etc.

Base on this should be safe to say p4 will use more battery than p2 unless you disable all the extra stuffs. Then, why you want to get p4

Comparing p4 and p4a is comparing flagship with mid-range specs and pricing. Not really an apple to apple comparison also. Unless you are deciding whether to wait for p4a instead of getting p3a that makes more sense.

Im using 2 hp. P4 is not supposed to replace my P2XL.
If P4 batt life is way off than P2, then i will give it a miss.
Im ok with P4a as long batt life is about the same as P2.
