Hi, anyone noticed battery life deteroriated after recent update for pixel 5?
I was previously getting 7-8hrs ish SOT, but now im struggling to get 5 hrs

I turned off adaptive network, seems to help.

Oh it's settings, network and internet, adaptive connectivity (scroll to the bottom).

Hi all. If i buy pixel 5 EU set and use in singapore, will there be any issues? I read that mosy people get US, UK or Jap so am not sure if the EU set will be usable

Hi Guys, sometimes I see a download arrow on the notification bar like something is downloading and I didn't download any apps and it happens very fast. Before I can scroll down the notification bar or take a screenshot, the download is complete. It happened a few times on my phone and all lasted only a few milliseconds. Is this normal? Thanks...

It could be some google app (play store/services/system app) updating in the background. no worries

Thanks for the reply bro. Really appreciate it. I got so ocd and paranoid about it. I factory reset my phone like more than 10 times last week. Only to have the same random downloads happening on the notification bar and then disappearing within milliseconds. In fact, I just factory reset my phone 2 days ago and saw the download on the notification bar again. That's when I decided to post it over here and ask for help. Hahahahahaha. It doesn't happen so much on my Sharp Aquos R6 or other phones but it happens more on the Pixel 5. Once again, thanks for your reply...

Looking for a small phone (5G not needed and only for communication and tracking) and looks like either 4A or 5 or 5A can be one of the candidate (beside, iPhone 12 mini).

So far, seems like 4A & 5 has EOL and only left with 5A @ Shopee going for S$639 (Black/128GB/Japan set).

Anywhere else can get pixel 5?

I think for Pixel 5, you can only get used now. Saw a few for sale on Carousell. I've also owned the 4a 5G and 5a 5G too but decided to keep the Pixel 5 instead. I like the size and the built. For 5a 5g, most sold here are Japanese set. You can't switch off the camera sound, I find it irritating. Hahahahahaha...

Yr on latest os? Happen to me before. I uninstalled google services. Use other launchers. Back to normal. Then when latest os updated, reinstall google services without issues.
