hello, I just noticed my pixel 4a and pixel 5 (japan set) are not able to receive calls and calling out anymore, went to the official pixel shop saying that most carriers are not supporting anymore except for singtel, anyone know anything about this? my pixel 5 is still very reliable and i don't want to change my phone

Yea, only users of Singtel (and most MVNOs under them) and Starhub (and related MVNOs) can continue making calls ever since the fallback to 3G calls ceased to be a thing. Changing telco is the only option if you want to continue using those phones.

You can blame Google for not giving a fxxx about the other local telcos for non-Tensor Pixels, since they were never whitelisted in the firmwares for VoLTE support.
