Clove UK doesn't have preorder promo like on Google UK. Clove UK > SG, Just GST.

Unless you buy from Google UK > Forwarder but will have VAT + GST.

looking through it appears that Singapore would have both Sub 6 and mmwave, question mark is whether it would be telco specific and if it is the case then i think the US version could be the "safest" option from a kiasu standpoint

at this point, doesn't matter. 5G still far from stabilisation.
4G/+ still fast enough.

Google was pressured by operators to add an expensive feature to its smartphone it doesn't actually need. And even if one day mmWave 5G is truly necessary tech in a smartphone for the masses, that day will come long after your Pixel 5 heads to a local Goodwill or your friendly neighborhood eWaste facility.
