Contemplating replacing my aging pixel 2xl, mainly used as spare phone when traveling (pre-covid) for photos with one of the newer pixels.

However, once you compare the price difference of $499 for local p4a with warranty vs almost 1k for export p5, tbh kinda hard to justify paying double the price for the p5?

anyone here that has used both pixel 4a and pixel 5?

Me...

Pros of P5 over P4a
1. Ultrawide camera
2. IP Rating
3. Wireless charging
4. Aluminium frame
5. Better processor
6. 5g support
7. Bigger battery
8. And also if u are a fan of sorta sage

For me, mainly for the ultrawide cam ba..

5g support is still unknown though for SG telcos... Keeping fingers crossed that software update will enable that

I tink it's depends. Cos I am in the same situation as u. I'm still on 2XL. Means we using the phone for almost 3 yrs already
If we don't change hp so often, might as well just get the flagship now and change when it's pixel 8:s13:

My 2 cents

I was wondering also. Then I found out that I need to update Google camera at play store. Then all the features will be there. Hope it helps!
