coming from a 4xl. Phone is super light a welcomed change. Only thing which is irking me is that the status bar is way too big hopefully they have a fix for it.

Lol there used to be an option in Developer Options for you to insert imaginary notches... Not sure if it’s still there but if so, that may help? Lolol

Anyway why is this an issue? Try using the fingerprint sensor to pull down the notification shade? Or just swiping down on Home Screen?

Just tried, none of those fix it. It's just that the status notch is a bit too long like it could be reduced to up to where the camera hole is.

Yup finger print for pull down working well.

My wife's Pixel 5 was also routed from Liepzig via Frankfurt and it landed this morning at 1.17am. Phone arrived at my doorstep around 12.30pm.

Tomorrow, my turn..

Using on my full 2nd day, 4.5hrs of screen time and batt at 50% haven't charged since mon evening..

The batt is amazing..

I'm going to use the phone as is. No more dam glass! In fact, I've also been using my Pixel 4 XL as is, even though it's glass. Admittedly, it's got some micro scratches on the back, but only visible if you scrutinize under strong light...

mine in singapore since 2 days ago, die die want to deliver to me cause it was mentioned that estimated delivery would be end of day today. probably will want to deliver to me like at 10pm like how my Spigen Rugged Armor case came the other day
