Thank you, just placed an order with Amazon UK, hope it get delivered fast.

In the end, I cancelled Amazon UK since no response yet and ordered from Clove instead. Got my DHL tracking within 5 hours. More expensive by 7 pounds on paper. Hope it arrive safely.

If you include GST and shipping costs, it works out to be about S$110 more.....I am still waiting though

Hmm, sorry, I don understand your comment. When I placed order with Amazon UK, they charged me 537.04 pounds (all in, standard delivery). When I placed order with Clove, they charged me 509.28 (b4 GST). If I add 7% GST, total for Clove is only 544.93 pounds (shipping and GST). What am I missing here?

Edit : ok, I think you got it at $935 from Amazon UK, so if you were to cancel and buy from Clove now, you will get more expensive.

Edit : Paid $62.61 GST and $20 DHL Advance fee

Edit : 14 Apr received P5 before lunch! Total paid $970.93 + $82.61 = $1053.54

You came from an iPhone? Did you deactivate iMessage?

Nope. I came from an S21. When I pop my sim card back into my s21, messaging (sending and receiving SMS) is fine. But on my pixel 5, after a while, receiving an SMS becomes a problem (no problem sending). I'll receive one or 2, then after that it just doesn't work anymore, regardless of which SMS app I'm using. Nothing comes in.

My 4a 5G usa set no issue with send/receive smses.

Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling Messages app first. Or try resetting Network Settings first. If still cannot, then factory reset.

I've done those only to face the issue shortly after. Can't do an exchange also cos the shop I bought from offers only 7 days one to one. :/
