I used planet express, gave them the Google store link then they will order for me, still awaiting for the phone to arrive to their warehouse though(delivery probably Dec 18-21) then need to send over to SG. Cannot make it by Christmas.

Edit: microphone stopped working after new update. Would not resolve even with a factory reset.

update to Dec seems to break the Phone app.. microphone stop working until you clear cache and storage each time. Would not resolve even with a factory reset.

The phone app is working fine for me after the update. No issues...

Nope sadly i got lucky.. looks like a hardware issue. Tried recorder, google assistant, safe mode, factory reset and android flash tool.
Well already initiate RMA.

I only have fingerprint setup and phone is also enabled with smart lock (home location and smart watch device unlock) but I am still getting this manual unlock issue sometimes when I need to check the phone. Yep this unstable smart lock function been for years and google seems to ignore the issue. Sometime I got to go into smart lock toggle on and off to trigger it to work again.
