Picture wise, Actually china phones have gone far beyond pixel Liao for same price range. I say 4a was a good deal cos for 499, no phone come close to what it can offer, except now for Samsung a52 which beats it soundly.

Generally nowadays the UI have improved a lot, but still bloated compared to the vanilla experience.
Security wise, pixel have a edge still, that's if you even care about it.
Nowadays other brands have catch up and provide more timely updates.

if spec wise, yea pixel has been behind, thats why pixel 6 got the hype cause it's been a while since they touch "higher end" specs. A more "flagship" experience so to speak.

Hopefully they capitalise on the hype, but judging from the not worldwide launch, maybe this "flagship" doesn't match others

We can only hope, not like we have SG launch anyway
