Actually no. You can still get a pixel to be shipped on launch day from Japan Google store at the moment.

I have no idea but i assume will be the same since both using same main sensor and software.
Just that the zoom quality will be different on both because only 6 pro has the 4x lens

well might be overhype, in the end is just an average phone...many issue google had to fix for the next pixel 7
fingerprint unlock speed, some overheat when idling, night mode white balance, battery hogging as usual but comparable to s21 ultra

but still is impressive for the price launch

After seeing a bunch of reviews, (based on just still and video images alone), it seemed like vivo 70 pro+ will be the camera champion for 2021.
Also, tensor is not powerful enough to power through the heavy processing.
Google finally went flagship grade but it's still considered green and immature in this space.
Probably another 1 or 2 more generations to be on par if they keep up with this momentum.
Nevertheless, I'm eagerly waiting for my white 256gb pro. Will do a proper shoot out by then...

I am also comparing with iphone 13 pro max and I really like the pixel camera
The colors on iphone are really muted and night shots dont have as much details as well

Seems like video is still the weak point of pixel

i think many people still dont understand this: The video quality/battery is not at all bad.
People read comments and reviews like this and misinterpret that the video quality is bad?

They are still excellent, but only fall short when competing with the best of the best, which are usually $200-400 more expensive.

I am still very happy with the performance of the P6 and P6 Pro, and I think its a easy choice for me over other phones.
