After seeing a bunch of reviews, (based on just still and video images alone), it seemed like vivo 70 pro+ will be the camera champion for 2021.
Also, tensor is not powerful enough to power through the heavy processing.
Google finally went flagship grade but it's still considered green and immature in this space.
Probably another 1 or 2 more generations to be on par if they keep up with this momentum.
Nevertheless, I'm eagerly waiting for my white 256gb pro. Will do a proper shoot out by then...

I guess everyone is expecting too much
but in reality is not a very high jump
the p5 camera is quite comparable to p6
video at night can be very blur
fake macro mode can use p6pro 4x zoom

but all in all is a good phone

I was expecting p6 to overcome iphone for video but still miles away
selfie cant compare, not very wide angle also

Battery i heard will improve overtime but i guess 8hours SOT is reasonable in considering high reso & refresh rate
if only they can allow us to switch to full hd and save some battery

curious if they can set aggressive pricing in sg surely will buy

probably google is still not good in sourcing global resource that is why never sell worldwide

For photos, Pixel 6 easily trumps S21. For videos, S21 looks slightly better than P6 but not conclusive yet.

forwarder addresses will get cancelled leh. need to use Buyforme option in case of CGW

HWZ article explicitly states Google Singapore. So that's the best source already. Plus, they also confirm both models.

Sony always have good hardware but their price/performance ratio is not there.
IMO, they actually have the best camera setup in Android with the Xperia 1/5 series but the software processing cannot fight with the big boys.

If just point & shoot, i think my Pixel 4a can take a more "pleasing" photo than Xperia 1

Other outlets do mention early next year, so adding up, both sources line up.

P6P AU is 1300 after shipping and tax maybe come around 1460.. so 1500 they asking not too exorbitant
