got youtube video stating he dont have such issue though. he even invited his wife to test

but if it really has issue, this is a potential security threat liao. but it should be software related which can be fixed though

That's the problem with google. everyone's either not facing or have faced different problems. and the fixes/patches might solve one's issues but create new headaches for another

Just played the demo phone. The weight and size is quite handy though. But alot of dropped frames when scrolling through just the demo interface... :s22: lets see if can be fixed via software

To be honest, the Pixel 5 was probably my best Pixel phone I've used. Just wished there was more storage. FPS was fast and reliable. Don't know why Google is regressing in vital areas which is a huge annoyance on a daily basis. They should get basic stuff like this correct. Almost seems like the new Google phones are perpetually in beta versions.
Pixel 3 XL is my all time favourite phone. I still have it.

Very high chance I might go straight to android 13 beta if things aren't great with the stable release.

So it's back to the cycle of wait 6 mths after release for G to iron out most of the issues, then when want to buy alr wait a bit more to see their next generation and repeat the cycle again.

Current a12 version is SQ3A.220705.003.A1. maybe that's the reason for the choppiness bah

ya the demo unit can go into app drawer setting icon so just play around, it does have drop frame as per your mentioned.

Hope the final retail unit will have update available on this Thu when I received mine.

this 6a will be tills security update end support tear us apart.
